We kindly ask our guests to arrive promptly by 4:00 PM as there is a short walk to account for. Our ceremony will begin at 4:30 PM.

We are having an unplugged ceremony. Kindly respect our wishes to not take any pictures here. We will have a photographer + videographer and this can disrupt the professionally captured moments that we are looking forward to keeping forever. At the reception, you are more than welcome to take all the photos that want to!!!

Most days in October remain warm, with a cool brisk going into the evening. The high will likely be around 70 degrees, with a low of about 45 degrees. We recommend bringing a coverup/jacket just in case. For our Texas folks - remember, it’s a “dry cold” not a “wet cold” so it should be ideal temperate for cooling off between dancing and drinking, and not the same as 45 degrees in Texas. :) If it happens to be too cold, we do have a backup plan.

Cocktail hour is on the courtyard and attached to an indoor area with a fireplace. Dinner will be indoors, following by dancing back on the courtyard outside.

If you plan to drive, there is ample parking at no cost available right outside of the Upper Ranch reception area. Please make sure you don't get confused and park at the Lower Ranch area. You will pass this lower ranch and continue on for about a mile until you reach Upper Ranch.

Please do not rely on Uber/Lyft. In the evening, you will get a "no drivers available" notification due to where the venue is located. We have organized shuttle transportation for this reason.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a sit-down dinner with a barbecue buffet. BBQ Jackfruit will be served as a vegetarian option.

Yes! We look forward to providing an open bar for our guests inclusive of wine, beer, and cocktails. We highly recommend utilizing the shuttles we have organized to ensure you can have a fun and safe night.

While we love all of our friends' and families' kiddos, we can only accommodate the number of guests listed on your wedding invite. The same goes for Plus Ones. Please visit your RSVP portal for specifics.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for!
