We have reserved room blocks at two hotels for our guests.

(The hotels listed are directly next to each other, so stay at whichever you prefer! Family & friends will be close by no matter what you choose.)
If you need to extend your stay beyond the dates listed (for example, tuesday night), please email our hotel coordinator jessica@engagedsourcing.com and she is happy to help you reserve your room!

Getting to the Venue:
3:15 PM - Shuttle picks up from the Courtyard Marriott
3:15 PM - Separate shuttle picks up from the Residence Inn
Leaving the Venue:
9:30 PM - First shuttle departs back to both hotels
11:00 PM - Second shuttle departs back to both hotels
Courtyard Denver South/Park Meadows Mall
Courtyard Denver South/Park Meadows is minutes to Park Meadows, an area packed with shopping and local hot spots like RARE by Grist, Grange Food Hall, Pindustry, Wings Over The Rockies, and much more! Guests that select to stay with Courtyard will receive discounted rates starting at $119+TAX along with free parking, free WiFi, free daily breakfast, access to the on-site bar and indoor pool.
Notes: The discount rates are available from Wednesday, October 9th – Sunday, October 13th and must be reserved by Tuesday, September 10th. If you would like to arrive early or depart late, please contact our Travel Coordinator (Jessica@EngagedSourcing.com) and reference the “Ray-Haight Wedding”.
Residence Inn Denver South/Park Meadows Mall
A recently renovated hotel that’s directly next door to Courtyard, Residence Inn offers guests another great location and lots in the area with a quick Uber ride. Guests that select this option will receive the negotiated rate of $119+TAX (Studio Suite w/ Sleeper Sofa) and receive free WiFi, free parking, free daily breakfast, and access to the on-site bar and indoor pool.
