What should I wear? Is there a dress code?
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Ladies should wear cocktail dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.
Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?
Weather permitting our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors with an indoor reception to follow.
Are kids invited?
YES!! Kids are absolutely welcome and we encourage you to bring them. Our wedding is RSVP only, but your RSVP card with let you know how many seats we have reserved for you and your family.
Can I bring a date?
Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Where are you registered?
We are registered at Target and on Amazon!
If I live out of town, where should I stay?
We have a list of recommended hotels under the "Travel" tab. We also recommend Airbnb and VRBO for larger families who are planning to come for the whole wedding week. Durham and Chapel Hill both have some very unique hotels that are 20 minutes or less from our venue.
What is a good local spot to eat at?
Downtown Hillsborough is known for their amazing restaurants. We recommend The Wooden Nickel, Hillsborough BBQ Company and Radius Pizza. A more in detail list can be found on the 'Our Favorite Local Spots' tab.
