If you will be attending, we recommend booking lodging as soon as you are able. Traverse City is a big tourist destination all year round, so we recommend booking sooner rather than later. If you plan to attend for at least three nights, you may want to consider booking an Airbnb (https://www.airbnb.com/) or VRBO vacation rental (https://www.vrbo.com).
There are a number of accommodation options available in the area. However, shuttle service to and from the wedding venue will be provided at the following hotels:
Delamar Traverse City
Unfortunately, there are no room blocks reserved for our wedding during peak season. Fortunately, the Delamar is an incredible hotel with many amenities, including a restaurant, bar, heated pools, and complimentary champagne upon your arrival.
Hampton Inn Traverse City
Hampton Inn offers a more budget-friendly option for your stay.
The Magic Shuttle Bus
The shuttle to the venue will arrive at Hampton Inn at 2:15pm. The shuttle to the venue will arrive at the Delamar at 3:10pm. The bus seats 40 guests at a time.
Departure times (to venue):
Hampton Inn - 2:20pm
The Delamar - 3:15pm
The shuttle from the venue will transport guests back home at 9:30pm and 11:15pm. It will make rounds to both hotels in one trip.
Both the Delamar and Hampton Inn offer free parking.
