Q + A

Q: What is the dress code?

A: We've decided on a Creative Semi-Formal dress code. We would LOVE for you to wear bright colors, bold patterns, and fun accessories! The wedding color palette and and inspo photos are all on the dress code page! Please check that out or take a look at the Bride's "Guest Inspo" Pinterest board (linked below) We suggest men wear a suit jacket and slacks, and women wear midi or floor length dresses. Please avoid shades of white/cream/ivory

Q: Can I bring a plus one?

A: We ask that you only attend with those specifically listed on your invitation. Camp Pendalouan has a strict guest count policy.

Q: Are Kids invited?

A: Because of the overnight nature this is a 21+ event

Q: Is there parking at the venue?

A: Yes! There is parking right when you enter camp. There will be a bit of a walk from parking to the ceremony on dirt paths. Please see the camp map below.

Q: Is the wedding outside?

A: Yes, our ceremony and reception are both set to take place outside, with the DJ and dancing stationed inside the camp lodge with windows and doors open. Be prepared for all weather, the ceremony will remain outside in light rain! In case of heavy rain/storms there are alternate plans in place.

Q: When do I have to decide if I'm staying at camp?

A: Please RSVP by July 20th 2025 and include whether or not you're staying the weekend with us at camp!

Q: Who do I pay for the camp weekend

A: Please send Payments to Krista Phegley (Mother of the Bride) on either venmo: xxxx or Zelle: xxxx by August 20th 2025 Remember to include the full names of everyone you're making a payment for in the description. Cost is $100 per person. This covers lodging, breakfast Saturday and Sunday, and Lunch Saturday.

Q: What if I want to stay at camp but cant get there until Saturday

A: No Worries! You're welcome to arrive Saturday morning - we will have cabin assignments and itinerary posted by the lodge all weekend. We still ask for $100 per guest to cover accommodations whether you're staying one night or two.

Q: What should I bring?

A: Check out the camp rules page for the official packing list from Camp Pendalouan - its not too rustic we promise! You're encouraged to bring bottled water/beer/wine/snacks/ect. NO open liquor bottles are allowed on camp grounds.
