Guests are welcome to arrive, check in, and unpack their bunks no earlier than 6:30pm
A Welcome bonfire for guests staying at Camp will take place at the Big Bear Fire Ring. S'mores and non-alcoholic drinks will be provided! BYO alcoholic refreshments but remember the real party is Saturday! (Beer and Wine allowed - No open bottles of hard liquor per camp rules)
A continental breakfast will be served in the lodge - after 10am we ask that guests steer clear of the lodge so the coordinators can decorate for the reception!
Camp Activities will be offered in the following time frames 10am-12pm: Archery 11am-1pm: Climbing Wall 12noon-2pm: Tomahawk Throwing
Lunch (hot dog bar) will be set up in the pavilion from 12:30-1:30pm
Ceremony will take place at the Boyden Chapel on camp grounds - see map below
Cocktails and Hors d'oeuvres will be served on the Lodge Deck
Tables will be dismissed for buffet service starting at 6pm
Menu:
- Blackened Faroe Island Salmon Filet, Creamy Sage & Goat Cheese Corn Polenta, Braised Baby Kale, Fire Roasted Corn Salsa, Sherry Cream Sauce
- Cabernet Braised Beef Short Rib, Creamy Caramelized Onion Risotto, Honey Roasted Whole Baby Carrots, Rich Beef Jus
- Chopped Salad, Dinner Rolls w/ Compound Butter
Dancing will take place inside the lodge - yard games and bonfires will be set up outside
Olly's Mini Donuts will be on site starting at 8:30pm
S'mores supplies will be set up near the bonfires!
Late night snacks including Mini Grilled Cheeses and a Popcorn Bar will be served at 10pm!
Continental Breakfast will be served in the lodge
Camp Pendalouan asks that we be cleaned up and off site by 11am
