Folks, we have a shuttle that will pick people up at two locations to get people to the ceremony. This is not required its just to make it a bit easier on you.

The first shuttle will pick up guests up at the Foundation Hotel by 3:45PM

The second shuttle will pick guests up at the Whitney by 4:15PM

If you are at one of the other hotels close by and not using your own transportation there should be enough room to hop on at either of the two locations.

The shuttles will be working on "Clark Time" -- most of you know what that means -- weather permitting

Cause the bus will leave you - bwah!

The shuttles will help get you back to your hotels later if you are staying in the local downtown area. Believe me you are gonna need it.

For you hardcore city folks, the venue is walking distance but due to the weather and location we would advise vehicular transportation.
