We met watching the Bachelor after Belle just moved to Holland. This was the crew! (Drew still finds this both silly and embarassing.)

This is the Snow Day! -- one of our favorite memories together. We both committed to watching professors' kids together during the Scholarship Weekend on campus. Then that night Belle asked Drew if they were just "hanging out" to which he responded, "Sure, if that is what you want." Belle clarified that was NOT what she wanted and the two defined the relationship.

After becoming official, Belle left to visit her sister for a week. When she came back they went on a spontaneous date to walk the beach at Camp Geneva.

People at Western slowly started finding out that we were dating. This is one of the photos we sent to our mutual friend confirming that the rumor she was hearing was true.

This is Drew's first FT ever. He had just recently gotten an iPhone.

Early on in our relationship Drew would come to play with the kids that I watched. One of them was "taking care" of my phone and snagged this shot of us playing baseball.

Drew's parents came to visit him in Holland, then Belle joined them up in the UP for their annual family vacation.

We spent the summer enjoying the beach and falling more in love, while Belle taught Drew what it meant to "beach". Drew taught Belle to throw a frisbee.

Lanie and Logan (Belle's friends) came to visit us and it was the absolute best!

We celebrated 4th of July by watching fireworks with our friends.

The Oswald's, a family that is dear to Belle that she worked for in Waco, came to visit. We took the kids to the park while Hilary and Sean packed the car.

The pastor's kids, who Belle watched for a bit that summer, convinced us to take them to go swimming. We convinced them (and their mom) to snag boba afterward.

We went to Chicago and to Wheaton so that Drew could meet some of Belle's college and post-college friends that are still in that area.

One of our greatest gifts this season has been being able to love our friends' daughters together. They have only known us together, which is a wild thing.

We started our final year of seminary together!

Drew's mom and aunts came to town on a girls trip. It was such a treat to be with them for a few short days!

We have spent many days in our relationship going to the shores of Holland.

Drew's co-best man Eric came to town for a visit. We had so much fun taking him to the beach, showing him the town, and snagging free food from the seminary.

Happy Halloween! Belle looked like a Minion unfortunately and the couples costume was a flop, but it was supposed to be Agnes from Despicable Me with the fluffy unicorn.

While Drew and Belle were in SC for Thanksgiving, her sister, Lily, drove through on her way to FL to meet Drew.

Thanksgiving prep! Belle loved being able to help make the turkey with Drew's Uncle Ben and Aunt Tricia. We had a fun time connecting in SC.

We went down to Florida for Drew to meet Belle's parents. We loved getting to wear shorts before heading to Idaho.

We went skiing. Drew was quite good and Belle was quite awful.

We went to Spokane to see where Drew lived for 6 years and to meet some of his sweet besties. The highlight of this trip for Belle was hanging with Marni.

We were engaged on a beautiful snowy day where we took a walk through Saugatuck Dunes!
