Traverse City (TVC) would be the closest airport, with a 30 min. drive to Glen Arbor. Book your tickets early as it is a smaller airport and Cherry Festival weekend. Otherwise: - Grand Rapids (GRR) 2.5 hr. - Lansing (LAN) 3 hr. - Detroit (DTW), 4 hr. - Chicago (CHI), 5 hr.

No, as guests will be spread across the area, a hotel shuttle would not be practical. Alcohol will be served, please make sure you have a designated driver at the end of the event or book your accommodations near the venue. A room block is available at the M22 Inn (book by 3/28). We will have a shuttle between the Township Hall and Esch Beach. We will have a shuttle going to and from the beach.

So glad you asked! Housing in Traverse City or Beulah will be a little cheaper. Camp sites are right down the road. You can also check out some of our favorite places in our lodging section. We also have a room block at the M22 Inn (book by 3/28).

For men, think lightweight or linen shirts, khakis, or dress pants—ties and jackets are optional but welcome. For women, a simple but refined dress or outfit will fit the vibe perfectly. Think of what you'd wear to a stylish outdoor gathering—comfortable, but with a touch of elegance. June can get warm, but the evening may cool down, especially by the beach. We'll have a bonfire later, so feel free to bring layers or a change of clothes for the evening beach breeze. Blanket to sit on would be smart.
