Exclusive event parking is available at the Higgins House Visitor Lot (note Higgins Lab is a different campus building). Guests may ascend the stairway from the parking lot to the front door. Please reserve the four spaces in the circular drive for honored elders; you may pull up to the door to allow guests in your party direct access before returning your vehicle to visitor parking.

On February 21, 2024 Bethan and Finlay exchanged vows in a private ceremony in Fire Valley, Nevada. Take a guided journey through time and space to share the moment with them.

Words have power and can transform this event from a mere party into a celebratory ritual with meaning! Your pre-recorded toasts and song dedications to the bride and groom will be curated by the sister of the bride and will take place throughout the entire evening; please see Record Your Toast for information on how to effortlessly share your pre-recorded toast both at the event and in the 2049 time capsule. Because this is an intimate gathering, ideally, we will have direct participation from each guest or guest party.

Eating together builds a sense of belonging and unity as people come together to nourish both body and soul in a communal setting. The abundance available will include both gluten free and vegetarian offerings. If you need more detail on menu items please reach out to Wiley Cordone.

Upon arrival, each guest will receive a specific set of timed photo "missions" and instructions for using the QR codes to upload your photos from your phone.. Because we have deliberately decided to preserve the intimacy of the day, photos taken by guests will serve as an invaluable record of the day's memories (we have opted out of professional photography).
