In need of a Nanny night of..

Our Wedding

Bethany&nbsp;and&nbsp;Ben&nbsp;met&nbsp;during&nbsp;college&nbsp;while&nbsp;Ben&nbsp;was&nbsp;chasing&nbsp;his&nbsp;culinary&nbsp; &nbsp;career&nbsp;and&nbsp;Bethany&nbsp;was&nbsp;chasing&nbsp;her&nbsp;hotel&nbsp;and&nbsp;event&nbsp;planning&nbsp;career.&nbsp; Bethany&nbsp;seemed&nbsp;to&nbsp;like&nbsp;Ben&nbsp;right&nbsp;away&nbsp;but,&nbsp;as&nbsp;you&nbsp;would&nbsp;guess,&nbsp;Ben&nbsp;had&nbsp;no&nbsp; clue.&nbsp;For&nbsp;a&nbsp;whole&nbsp;semester&nbsp;Bethany&nbsp;tried&nbsp;to&nbsp;get&nbsp;Ben's&nbsp;attention&nbsp;in&nbsp;the&nbsp;most&nbsp;common&nbsp;ways&nbsp;anyone&nbsp;could&nbsp;think&nbsp;of.&nbsp;She&nbsp;would&nbsp;ask&nbsp;Ben&nbsp;if&nbsp;he&nbsp;could&nbsp;help&nbsp;her&nbsp; with&nbsp;homework&nbsp;after&nbsp;class&nbsp;in&nbsp;order&nbsp;to&nbsp;just&nbsp;chat&nbsp;with&nbsp;him,&nbsp;or&nbsp;ask&nbsp;if&nbsp;he&nbsp;and&nbsp;his&nbsp; best&nbsp;friend&nbsp;wanted&nbsp;to&nbsp;grab&nbsp;lunch.&nbsp;At&nbsp;one&nbsp;point&nbsp;she&nbsp;even&nbsp;went&nbsp;as&nbsp;far&nbsp;as&nbsp;inviting&nbsp;him&nbsp;to&nbsp;dinner&nbsp;and&nbsp;a&nbsp;concert&nbsp;but,&nbsp;him&nbsp;and&nbsp;his&nbsp;friend&nbsp;already&nbsp;had&nbsp;tickets&nbsp;and&nbsp; plans&nbsp;for&nbsp;the&nbsp;evening...thanks,&nbsp;Sandor! The&nbsp;class&nbsp;came&nbsp;to&nbsp;an&nbsp;end&nbsp;and&nbsp;Bethany&nbsp;never&nbsp;got&nbsp;her&nbsp;date.&nbsp;The&nbsp;last&nbsp;time&nbsp;they&nbsp;&nbsp;were&nbsp;to&nbsp;see&nbsp;each&nbsp;other&nbsp;was&nbsp;at&nbsp;Ben's&nbsp;graduation&nbsp;day.&nbsp;She&nbsp;congratulated&nbsp;him&nbsp; and&nbsp;wished&nbsp;him&nbsp;luck&nbsp;and&nbsp;they&nbsp;said&nbsp;their&nbsp;final&nbsp;goodbye;&nbsp;or&nbsp;so&nbsp;they&nbsp;thought.&nbsp; Roughly&nbsp;five&nbsp;years&nbsp;had&nbsp;passed&nbsp;and,&nbsp;other&nbsp;than&nbsp;the&nbsp;occasional&nbsp;social&nbsp;media&nbsp;interaction,&nbsp;they&nbsp;hadn't&nbsp;really&nbsp;spoken.&nbsp;After&nbsp;years&nbsp;of&nbsp;not&nbsp;speaking&nbsp;Bethany&nbsp; reached&nbsp;out&nbsp;to&nbsp;Ben&nbsp;in&nbsp;regards&nbsp;to&nbsp;going&nbsp;out&nbsp;with&nbsp;her&nbsp;friends&nbsp;to&nbsp;the&nbsp;club&nbsp;that&nbsp;he&nbsp;managed&nbsp;and,&nbsp;unexpectedly,&nbsp;&nbsp;the&nbsp;conversation&nbsp;bloomed&nbsp;into&nbsp;career&nbsp;and&nbsp;life&nbsp; compliments&nbsp;along&nbsp;with&nbsp;genuine&nbsp;friendship.&nbsp;For&nbsp;months&nbsp;they&nbsp;were&nbsp;able&nbsp;to&nbsp; talk&nbsp;about&nbsp;dreams,&nbsp;goals&nbsp;and&nbsp;the&nbsp;futures&nbsp;they&nbsp;each&nbsp;hoped&nbsp;to&nbsp;accomplish&nbsp;as&nbsp;individuals.Three&nbsp;months&nbsp;later&nbsp;they&nbsp;were&nbsp;able&nbsp;to&nbsp;go&nbsp;on&nbsp;their&nbsp;first&nbsp;date&nbsp;and&nbsp;have&nbsp;now&nbsp;made&nbsp;a&nbsp;promise&nbsp;to&nbsp;continue&nbsp;to&nbsp;date&nbsp;each&nbsp;other&nbsp;each&nbsp;and&nbsp;every&nbsp;day. Since&nbsp;then&nbsp;they&nbsp;have&nbsp;spent&nbsp;countless&nbsp;dates&nbsp;in&nbsp;Chicago,&nbsp;visited&nbsp;Boston&nbsp;and&nbsp;&nbsp;have&nbsp;continued&nbsp;hopes&nbsp;to&nbsp;travel&nbsp;the&nbsp;world&nbsp;in&nbsp;search&nbsp;of&nbsp;the&nbsp;perfect&nbsp;venue&nbsp;to&nbsp;build&nbsp;their&nbsp;dreams&nbsp;and&nbsp;grow&nbsp;as&nbsp;a&nbsp;family.&nbsp;(no&nbsp;we&nbsp;aren't&nbsp;having&nbsp;kids&nbsp;guys;&nbsp;we're&nbsp; talking&nbsp;about&nbsp;saving&nbsp;the&nbsp;animals!)

From August 1-11 you can enjoy a classic cream&nbsp;puffs and/or&nbsp;all the fried food your heart desire.&nbsp; A classic Milwaukee fair that has all the entertainment of a big city.

Ben and I love to spend time having a small break from our busy day&nbsp;at the public market. It's the perfect spot to grab avocado toast, a slice a cake, or a fantastic po' boy. Grab a souvenir to remind you of the&nbsp;&nbsp;the perfect trip.

The County Fair is from July 31-August 4 and&nbsp;during this time you can enjoy the Friday and Saturday&nbsp;demolition derbys, tractor pull shows,&nbsp;and so much more.
