What time will the ceremony begin?
The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30pm. The doors will open for seating at 4:45 pm. Any guest arriving at 5:15 pm or later will not be permitted to enter until after the wedding party procession.
HOW DO I RSVP?
We hope you’ll be able to join us for our special day! Those named on the Save the Dates/Invitations will be on the guest list. You will RSVP by scanning the QR Code on your invitation, which will bring you to the webpage to enter your first and last name and confirm whether or not you will be able to attend.
WHEN WILL I NEED TO RSVP BY?
Please let us know as soon as possible!
We understand that some decisions are contingent on making arrangements for travel, babysitters, etc. In these cases, we kindly ask that all guests accept or decline the invitation to attend no later than November 1, 2025. This will allow us ample time to approximate food/drinks for our guests. If no response is made by that time, we will assume your regretful decline and you will be removed from the guest list.
WHAT IF I DO NOT RSVP IN TIME?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you if you do not RSVP by the designated due date. We have to provide our vendors and venue exact guest counts by a certain date. Please RSVP as soon as possible to avoid any issues. There will be no exceptions.
CAN I BRING AN ADDITIONAL GUEST?
While we would love for everyone to have a plus one, due to limited space we are only able to accommodate the guest(s) formally named on your invitation. If you received a plus one, you will see “guest” designated alongside your name when you RSVP! If only your name is present when you RSVP, you have not been designated to bring a guest. Thank you for understanding.
ARE KIDS ALLOWED AT THE WEDDING CEREMONY AND RECEPTION?
Take the night off and leave the little ones at home for a stress-free adults-only wedding. In short, the answer is no. Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding and hope our invitation gives you ample time to secure a babysitter!
WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
We would love for you to join us in wearing semi-formal attire.
CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES OF THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
We ask that you refrain from getting in the way of our wonderful photographer and moving around during the wedding ceremony.
Otherwise, we love media and are happily permitting photos and videos. However, please keep in mind that we want to see your beautiful faces in our professional photos, not your phone. Please use discretion.
That being said, feel free to capture photos/videos to share with us using our wedding hashtag #Destined4Queen25.
WILL THERE BE FREE PARKING?
There will be ample free parking in the lot of the church as well as at the reception! We do encourage car pooling if you have that option.
Will transportation be provided?
The reception venue is 10-15 minutes from the church. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide transportation for those outside of the wedding party. Please be prepared to drive, carpool, or use Lyft/Uber.
How can we send photos and videos to the couple?
We are asking everyone to help us make this moment memorable. We have a dedicated online album that you can submit your photos and videos to, by bulk scanning the QR code spread out around the venue, or you can submit them to this link: https://app.wedding.studio/albums/tNLAmxRcaT
