While we love all of the children in our life, we have made the decision to have an adults-only event. This allows not only us, but parents as well to enjoy the evening to the fullest.

We kindly ask that you dress in a semi-formal attire for our event. While we appreciate that we are getting married in the great state of Texas, we'd very much appreciate leaving the starched jeans (or jeans of any material or color) at home for an evening.

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony as we want to celebrate our intimate ceremony with those who are in attendance. This means we are asking for all phones and devices to be turned on silence and put away during the ceremony. We have hired an amazing photographer to capture this moment for all of us. After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you want!

Here in Houston, we’ve got two airports to fly in to! If you are flying domestically, we encourage flying into Houston Hobby (HOU) as it’s on the south side of the city and closer to Galveston. Our international friends, the easiest and direct airport to fly in to is Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). Both places have plenty of rental cars options for your commute to and from the island.

One of our favorite things in choosing Galveston is the accessibility of not only hotels, but rental properties as well! AirBNBs and VRBO's are plentiful in this area and Galveston itself is very much walkable. You can choose to stay close to the venue if you want to spare the uber ride, or if you want to sleep to the waves, feel free to snag a spot along the seawall! We are working on hotel room blocks and will update everyone come time to send out the invitations. Please feel free to contact either of us for help!

We are only able to accommodate those formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be detailed on your invitation.

If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will unfortunately not be able to attend the wedding. To avoid missing out on all the fun, please make sure you RSVP by the date listed on your invitation.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside with a shaded area, weather permitting. The reception will take place inside the venue at the same location. While we hope the weather goes in our favor, we will communicate with the venue to discuss a back up plan.
