What is an unplugged ceremony?

We are asking that all guests refrain from taking any photos or using electronic devices during the service. The purpose of this is to allow guests to be fully present with us and avoids any interference with the photographer. Taking photos during the reception is highly encouraged. We will provide QR codes during the reception to upload your best photos on our shared page, please do so as you wish at that time.

What are my dinner options?

Main entree choices include one of the following: Brown Sugar and Cajun Salmon, Caprese Chicken, or Vegan Pasta Primavera. We will be serving a variety of hot and cold appetizers during our cocktail hour starting around 5 pm and concluding a half hour before dinner. Cupcakes will be self-serve and can be enjoyed any time after dinner.

How do I RSVP for the wedding reception?

1. Click on the RSVP tab (furthest to the right above our photo on the main page.) | 2. Enter your name when prompted (this should bring up your entire party as you will need to RSVP for each person individually.) | 3. You will accept or decline (for every person in your party) as to your status for the reception. | 4. You will then select a dinner option for each person in your party. | 5. It will then ask you if you wish to make a song request. Please keep in mind that this is a Christian wedding, and we would like our music to reflect that so everyone can enjoy the day. Please no songs with a lot of vulgarity, sexual references, or drug/alcohol references. | 6. The last question will prompt you to either leave a message for the bride and groom (this is where you would list any food allergies/dietary restrictions or if you have any questions regarding the big day) OR give us your best piece of marriage advice! If you have any problems with the RSVP process, please reach out by email thebobrenna@gmail.com and we will help you through it!

When are my RSVPs due?

All RSVPs are due no later than September 27, 2024 to allow our venue enough notice to have places set and food prepared for all attending guests.

Can I bring a guest?

Unfortunately due to capacity of venue and budget, we are unable to accommodate additional guests outside of those listed on the invitations. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.

What if I have food allergies?

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please list them in your RSVP under the "send a message to the couple," question so that we can inform our reception and catering staff.

How do I find your registries?

Go under the registry tab on the main page above our photo. All of our registries are linked on this page under gift providers, and you can click on any of the links to be redirected to our registry through that site. If you are choosing to donate to our cash fund, scroll down to where the photos of our registry items start, and you will see "new house fund" located under the "our top choice" heading. You will then be prompted on how to contribute. Note: You will see photos of some of the items on our registry through the knot, but not all of them. Please go to the actual site to see a more accurate list.

Will there be an open bar?

Due to the preferences of the bride and groom, there will be limited alcohol selections and no liquor available during the reception.

What is the dress code?

The bride and groom do not necessarily have preferences on dress, wear what you are comfortable in and what allows you to party with us throughout the night. Ladies, please no white or ivory dresses, bonus points to anyone who wears our wedding colors: purple or sage.

Will transportation be provided at all throughout the night?

No, other than the transportation for the bridal party, we will not be providing any transportation. There is ample amount of parking at both the church and at The Fox Club. There are also uber and taxis in the area that could be used to transport from the reception to the ceremony or from the ceremony back to the hotel. You may leave you car at the Timber Rattlers Stadium overnight if needed.

Will you have a block of rooms reserved for after the reception?

Yes! We have a block of rooms reserved at Wingate by Windham Appleton, please visit the "travel" tab for more information or to book a room with us!
