The ceremony begins at 3:30 immediately followed by cocktail hour. The open bar will begin after the ceremony where a plethora of snacks will be provided alongside lawn games and live music.

We kindly ask to have an "unplugged" ceremony. We have our fabulous photographer to cover our ceremony and request that no personal pictures be taken until after the ceremony has ended.

Semi-formal. Come with your dancing shoes and ready to party! Our venue does have a large amount of gravel, so be mindful when choosing footwear. Ladies- please refrain from wearing white, ivory, or colors that may photograph as such.

The reception starts at 5:30pm with dinner served at 6:00pm. Dinner will be catered by Edgewood Catering. Please notify us if there are any allergies for which we will need to notify the caterer.

Our ceremony will take place outside at our beautiful gazebo, while the reception will occur in our historic barn- which is not climate controlled. We would like to advise our guests to dress appropriately for a beautiful June day in rural Iowa.

Yes! We will use the "Rolling Thunder " shuttle, based out of Boscobel, Wisconsin, to provide several trips to and from the Americinn hotel in Prairie du Chien and the venue. We want all of our guests to celebrate safely, so optional free transportation is available the day of our wedding. The bus will leave the Americinn in Prairie du Chien, WI at 2:30pm. The shuttle will be outside the front doors of the hotel. The travel is about 30 minutes each way. We will have lawn games, snacks, and beverages for guests prior to the ceremony. There will be 3 trips returning to the hotel from the venue, leaving at approximately 9:00pm, 10:00pm, and 11:00pm to ensure our guests can travel safely.

All guests over the age of 18 are welcome to bring a date to ensure our guests have a wonderful time. Please indicate on your RSVP if you intend to bring a plus one.

Yes! We want to include ALL of our loved ones, including tiny humans! We happily welcome your supervised and well-behaved children to our wedding.

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outside. Should the weather turn rainy, we have alternative plans to move the ceremony and cocktail hour activities indoors.
