1. What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

The Ceremony will begin at 4:30PM

The first shuttles will leave from their respective locations at 2:30pm (Double Tree) and 2:45pm (Missouri River Brewing) and pick up every half hour.

Please keep in mind that the shuttle ride takes approximately 30mins.

The final shuttles will leave their pickup locations at 3:45PM (Double Tree) and 4pm (Missouri River Brewing)


2. What is the dress code?

Semi-formal. No jeans. We love a good opportunity to fix up and look sharp. Our venue is a fun mix of rustic, western, and modern. We’ll be in dresses and suits and ready to dance!

3. Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Our reception will be outdoors pending rain. The remainder of the evening will be inside the reception building, but there is a lot of natural light and doors leading outside with a few optional activities outside.


4. What will the weather be like?

General weather for June in Helena: Highs 60F-85F, Lows 35F-60F

Weather can be unpredictable in Montana in June. Some days feel like Summer while others can be much colder.

5. What will your wedding-day timeline look like?

Guests arrive starting at 3:30PM (Bar Opens)

4:30 Ceremony

5:30 Dinner

7ish Dance the night away


6. How do I get to the wedding venue? Will transportation be provided?

Our fantastic venue is in the heart of the Elkhorn Mountains complete with winding forest dirt roads. To minimize traffic through the area and to insure the safety of all of our guests, shuttles will be provided for all guests. There will be two shuttle pick-up locations:

1) DoubleTree by Hilton Helena Downtown

2) Missouri River Brewing Company

The shuttle back into town will run for the remainder of the evening beginning shortly after dinner.

The shuttle will take approximately 30 minutes. Sit back and enjoy the ride!


7. Can I bring my kids?

While we adore your little ones, our wedding is an Adults-Only affair to ensure everyone can fully unwind and revel in the celebration.


8. What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

The theme is “Montana: The Last Best Place.”

We want to show you everything that we love about Montana and that includes the food. The majority of the meal will be sourced directly from Montana.

There are options in the RSVP to let us know any dietary restrictions so we can be sure to have something you can enjoy.

Wine, beer, mixed drinks and water will be available. Don’t forget to hydrate!


9. Will there be an open bar?

Yes of course!


10. Have you booked hotel room blocks for guests?


We have a block of rooms booked at the Doubletree and Best Western Great Northern Town Center.

11. Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?

The greatest gift you can give us is to be truly present during the short ceremony. Please turn off all phones and cameras and enjoy this special moment. We have hired an excellent photographer who we trust to capture the beauty of our ceremony. We promise we’ll share the photos with you!


12. What's the best way to RSVP?

You can RSVP easily through the line in your email to our website here on theKnot.com


13. When is the RSVP deadline?

Please have all RSVP’s in by Saturday May 18th 2024.


14. I'm visiting from out of town. What can I do while I'm in Helena?

Check out the “Things To Do” page on our website for a comprehensive list of things to do in and around Helena. For more specific recommendations, reach out to Bri or Tyler.


15. Do you have a wedding registry?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for, but if you would like to honor us with a gift, we have listed a few items to help build our future together. You can contribute towards them at https://www.theknot.com/tyandbriwedding/registry


16. Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

If you are in town on Sunday, please join us at Missouri River Brewing Company for drinks and brunch.


17. When will the reception end? Will there be an after-party?

The reception will most likely end on or around 11pm. There will be a late night snack making an appearance sooner than that. Due to the location of the event, the party IS the after party.


18. How will you communicate any updated information and/or changes before the wedding?

If anything changes leading up to the event, we will notify you via email, most likely through TheKnot.com


19. What's the best way to contact you if I have additional questions?

20. How can I contribute to the couple's photo collection?

You can contribute to our shared google photos album using this QR code.

Will we have signs posted at the venue to scan as well.


21. Are there recommended local vendors for additional needs?

While we have a couple of boutiques, but I would not suggesting waiting until you are in Helena to purchase your outfit.

· If you want to visit the salon, SUGAR is a great locally owned salon with plenty of hairdressers that do cuts, colors and updo’s. Walk-ins are unlikely, reservations are highly recommended and can be made online.

· There are a number of nail salons. Sassy Nails is the most luxurious, Luxury nails is quick and easy, Paradise also has a good reputation.

· For everything you might need, we have the standard target, Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and dollar stores.


22. Are there specific COVID-19 protocols in place?

We do not have any current COVID protocols in place, however, please refrain from attending if you have the RONA. We will save you some dessert as a thank you.

If you are feeling ill before the event, please take a rapid test just to be sure. They are available at all of the local drug stores.
