PLEASE BRING YOUR ID WITH YOU! At the Thayer Hotel Gate, the driver and all those in their vehicle will be asked to present a photo ID (license is fine!) when entering the gates. If anyone does not have their ID, they may not let you enter.

We are asking our guests to celebrate wedding day events with us in formal attire. Please note we plan to have our ceremony and after party outside, but will move to an indoor space in the event of inclement weather. All other events will be indoors.

The ceremony will start at 5:30pm sharp! We ask that you arrive by 5:15pm the latest, so you have time to make your way to the ceremony site and find your seat.

We love your kids, but you deserve a night out! This wedding is for the adults only!

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Driving is the best option. The closest train station is the Metro-North station in Garrison, NY, about a 15 minute drive. The closest airport is Stewart International Airport in Newburgh, NY, about a 30 minute drive.

The hotel offers 24 hour valet (free for overnight guests) or you can park your car in the lot next to the hotel, a short walk away. There is limited handicap parking spaces located at the front of the hotel. In the event that those are taken, the valet staff will assist you.

Please leave yourself ample time to get on base and into the venue. This is a football weekend and there may be increased traffic. Please also consider booking your room at The Thayer ASAP- many USMA alumni come back to West Point for football games, so there will be limited space after all rooms in our block are booked.
