Caitlin and Charles' love story is one that began on an unexpected summer night in Sacramento, California in 2014. They crossed paths at the Streets of London Pub after a reluctant night out on a Mother's Day weekend, a time dedicated to celebrating the love of their mothers and mothers' mothers who had raised their incredible families. It was also a tribute to the great Mother Earth, setting the stage for a future Earth Day (4/22/22) proposal on the golden sands of Maui, Hawaii and the rest of their lives together.

Their journey together took them to the enchanting South Lake Tahoe, where their first road trip together marked the beginning of an annual tradition of romantic getaways. Each visit to this picturesque destination brought them a different, beautiful, and magical experience. Notably, their very first trip to South Lake Tahoe was shared with Bailey, their first dog together, and they are excited to now have their furry companion, Calliope, join them for their enchanted Celebration of Love.

Through life's many challenges, Charles and Caitlin have always found their way back to each other, growing stronger with every obstacle they faced. Charles's and Caitlin's unique journey of self-discovery together served to deepen their connection, reaffirming that their love, commitment, and open communication could conquer any of life's major obstacles.

Now, they are thrilled to share their vows with loved ones in their favorite spot in California, South Lake Tahoe, creating the newest, even more beautiful chapter in their love story on the shores of this mesmerizing lake.
