Join us for a warm and festive welcome dinner as we kick off a weekend of camping adventure! Making it a family affair, kids are welcome for the whole weekend! Before we head into the great outdoors, we’re gathering to enjoy a delicious meal and great company to celebrate Cait and Maddy. To set the mood, we’ve got a special treat: the amazing **3 Hermanos Mexican Food Truck** will be serving up authentic, flavorful dishes straight from Mexico, including tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and more. While we are providing the food truck, please note that everyone will be fiscally responsible for their own food. The food truck accepts cards! Come hungry, ready to savor mouthwatering flavors, and get to know everyone before we head out on our weekend camping trip. Whether you're a fan of spicy salsas or something milder, there's something for everyone. It's the perfect way to fuel up, share some laughs, and get excited for the fun ahead! The dinner will be a relaxed, casual affair — so bring your appetite, your camp spirit, and your favorite stories. Kick off our special day with a cozy camping brunch! Before we say "I do," join us for a laid-back morning in the great outdoors. Enjoy delicious breakfast bites, fresh coffee, and the warm company of friends and family. It's the perfect way to fuel up and relax before the festivities begin! All coffee and food will be provided!!!

If you are wondering what trail formal means: A playful take on semi-formal for the outdoors (e.g., rugged pants or skirts, a crisp shirt, and functional but stylish boots). Like nicer than casual but its camping, so as nice as you can get in the outdoors. We are going to have the ceremony in the Redwood Grove (see the "Travel Section" for a map of the venue). There will be benches provided but because the area is a little small, some guests will need to stand.

Drinks will be provided by the brides! This will take place right outside the Event Hall. Keep in mind the sun starts to set around 5 p.m. so it might start to get a little chilly. Will there be fire pits you ask....there will be!

We will be having an Italian dinner which will be served buffet style. We will be eating inside the event center so bring your appetite.

Have you ever been to a silent disco? Well this is your chance. For those of you who don't know: A silent disco is a unique dance party experience where participants wear wireless headphones to enjoy music instead of using a traditional speaker system. GET READY

The brides are going to provide some breakfast burritos for the morning we sadly say goodbye. This will be a more come as you want style eating experience. We have to be out of the venue by 1 p.m.
