This is very much a camping venue! While some of the accommodations provide a mattress, if you are going to stay on the property you do have to bring some camping things with you. There are no sheets/blankets/pillows provided so please bring those for all on venue accommodations. You will also need to bring a towel and all the toiletries you'll need to get ready and take a shower. Obviously, you won't need things to cook but think camping and you'll probably need it. The wedding is in May so we don't expect it to be really cold but there is some June gloom is probable so be prepared.
There are 12 cabins, each with approx. 8 beds. They are set up as 4 bunk beds (each being a twin bed) in each cabin. The owner said that is usually too many beds for adults so they will take some out. We should expect 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds) in each. We are going to save these primarily for families. There are communal toilets in the middle (about 4) but there are no showers or mirrors in the bathrooms here. There will be an empty cabin that has mirrors and electrical sockets for all to use. Think very minimal for these cabins, definitely more "roughing it".
If you can (live close and have camping things) then the camping option is for you! There is plenty of space to set up between the cabins and the amphitheater. You can camp anywhere in that area! You will have easy access to the toilets and the communal cabin with mirrors and electricity.
There are showers in the bathrooms right next to the event hall (short walk) and there are also showers by the pool (the farther option). These bathrooms have mirrors and sinks and are for all to use!
To the left of the last cabin, there are plenty of parking spots in the grass for car camping/RV/Vans. YOU WILL HAVE TO BRING YOUR OWN. Depending on how many people want to bring RVs, we will have to see where we can fit everyone but there is plenty of grass space. There are no hookups so you would have to use the same facilities as the campers/cabin dwellers.
*****Bridge to enter camp is 102” wide with a weight limit of 30 tons. Vehicles longer than 40’ are prohibited.******
