The ceremony and reception are both located at Whippoorwill Farm LLC. The address is 9005 Peach Ridge Ave NW, Sparta, MI 49345. Everything is wheelchair accessible.

Yes, there is a gravel parking lot located to the north of the venue. The venue has requested that guests only use the designated parking lot and not the private driveway.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outdoors, if it is supposed to rain, it will be moved indoors. The reception will be held indoors, with the dinner being in one barn and the dance reception being in another.

There is one hotel available in Cedar Springs, MI (about 20 minutes from the venue) and multiple available in the Grand Rapids area (mostly within 30 minutes from the venue). Please visit the Travel section of our website for suggested accommodations.

Due to most guests living close to the venue, there will not be any shuttles. Guests will be responsible for getting themselves to and from the venue. However, if need be, it is okay to leave a vehicle at the venue overnight. We just request that guests pick their vehicle up no later than 9 a.m. Sunday morning.

We are by no means fancy people; therefore, casual is best!!

Please feel free to wear any color or style that you prefer, we want our guests to feel comfortable and confident in their attire! We just ask that you try to avoid the color dusty blue, as it is our main color and would like our wedding party to stand out!

For those coming from out of state, Michigan can be very unpredictable especially in July. It can either be very warm or a little chilly. We recommend that you bring a light jacket in case you need it!

Absolutely, we just ask that you list them on the question form that is included on the RSVP so that we can get a final count.

Yes! We want everyone to be able to help us celebrate our special day, if they are not already listed on your RSVP, please list them on the question form of your RSVP.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to Callie’s mom’s house at 8899 E 104th St Howard City, MI 49329. There will also be a spot for gifts and a card box at our reception.

3-3:30 PM Guests arrive at ceremony. 4 PM Ceremony starts. 4:30 PM Cocktail hour 6 PM Dinner 7:15 PM Dancing

We ask that all guests arrive around 3 PM and no later than 3:30 PM, that way the ceremony can start at 4 PM.

There will not be an after-party. We will begin to wrap the reception up around 10:30 PM, as we are required to be out by 11 PM.

We have decided to have an unplugged ceremony; however, you may take pictures after the ceremony has ended.
