📍Where is the wedding taking place?

Ceremony:

The Liberty Oak Tree, Harbour Town

Reception:

Champions Ballroom, Harbour Town Clubhouse

Resort: Sea Pines, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina

Both locations are within Sea Pines Resort, so you’ll need a gate pass to enter (see below!).

🕐 What time should we arrive?

The ceremony begins at [insert ceremony time, e.g., 4:30 PM] sharp under the Liberty Oak.

We recommend arriving by [insert earlier time, e.g., 4:00 PM] to park, find seating, and enjoy the setting.

🚗 Do I need a pass to get into Sea Pines?

Yes. All guests driving into Sea Pines will need a daily gate pass.

We'll share detailed instructions on how to get one closer to the date.

Parking is available in Harbour Town’s guest lots near the Lighthouse.

👗 What should I wear?

Dress code: Coastal Cocktail Attire

Think light, semi-formal, and wedding-appropriate!

It may be breezy near the water, so a light layer or wrap is a good idea.

☀️ What’s the weather like in March?

Springtime in Hilton Head is beautiful—typically mid 60s to low 70s.

Evenings can be cool, especially by the water. Bring a jacket just in case!

🍽️ Will there be food and drinks?

Absolutely!

Cocktail hour, dinner, and drinks will be provided at the reception. Come hungry!

🧒 Can I bring my kids?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adult-only celebration.

💌 Can I bring a plus-one?

If your invitation includes a guest, they’re absolutely invited!

If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can keep the event intimate.

🎉 Can I take photos at the ceremony?

We’re having an unplugged ceremony—we kindly ask you to turn off phones and cameras and be present with us.

You’ll have plenty of chances to snap photos during cocktail hour and the reception!
