Harbour Town & Lighthouse (Sea Pines)

We love spending time in Harbour Town. Walking the marina, checking out the shops, and grabbing a drink by the water is one of our favorite ways to spend an afternoon—especially around sunset.

Bike Around Sea Pines

We highly recommend renting bikes and cruising around Sea Pines. It’s one of our favorite ways to get around, and the paths are flat, scenic, and easy.

Dolphin or Sunset Cruise

If you’re looking to get out on the water, we recommend a dolphin or sunset cruise. It’s a great way to see the island from a different perspective.

Places to Eat & Drink (Our Go-Tos)

Salty Dog Cafe

This is a Hilton Head classic and one of our favorite spots. We love it for casual food, drinks, and the waterfront views—especially for lunch or sunset drinks. They also have a great ice cream spot that’s perfect for a post-meal treat.

Pool Bar Jim's

The iconic Pool Bar Jim’s is one of our favorite beach bars. They have some of the best frozen drinks on the island, and it’s right on the beach—perfect for an easy afternoon.

Quarterdeck

We recommend this spot if you’re looking for great views. It’s right next to the Harbour Town Lighthouse and is one of our favorite places for cocktails or dinner around sunset. We recommend reservations, especially around sunset.

Links, an American Grill

Overlooking the famed Harbour Town Golf Links, this is one of our top recommendations for a nicer dinner. We love the grilled specialties, impressive wine list, and classic golf course views. Reservations recommended.

Coast

Located right at the Sea Pines Beach Club, Coast is one of our favorite oceanfront dining spots. We love the fresh seafood, beachy atmosphere, and frozen cocktails—perfect for a relaxed dinner with amazing views. Reservations recommended, especially on weekends.

Coligny Plaza

We like this area for daytime exploring. It’s a good mix of casual restaurants, shops, and easy beach access.

Beaches, Golf & Outdoor Time

Beach Time

We love any excuse to get to the beach—even if it’s just for a walk. Sunrise and sunset are our favorite times to go.

Golf in Sea Pines

If you’re planning to golf while you’re here, we definitely recommend checking out the courses in Sea Pines. The views alone make it worth it.

Helpful Local Tips from Us

We recommend planning a few extra minutes when entering or leaving Sea Pines due to the security gate
