Patrick and I are getting married on his birthday. We did this out of convenience however his birthday is still very important to us both. Since his family and friends will already be attending, we’ve decided to throw a party for him after the wedding!

Our Story

Camille and Patrick met on a dating site in November of 2024. Neither of them thought they would be ready to start dating again or be anything serious to one another. Then they had their first date and everything changed. Patrick and Camille talked for hours on end, never wanting their conversations or their time together to end. They continued to talk and go on dates together and realized they had a genuine connection full of love, compassion, respect, and understanding. They officially started dating on December 19, 2024 when Patrick asked Camille to be his girlfriend at dinner. They both feel as though they've found their person that they want to be with forever. They are now to be married on August 8, 2026.

Dinner time!

Dinner will start to be served at around 5:50pm-6pm

We will be having Italian food from Casa D'Italia here in Clarksville

We will have:

- House salad

- Cheese ravioli

- Manicotti

- Spaghetti with meat sauce

For drinks we will have:

- Soft drinks

- Tea

- Lemonade

- Water

- Moscato Wine

- Beer

Guests can BYOB but we are wanting this to be mostly a dry wedding or have the alcohol be very limited. No mixed drinks are allowed at the wedding due to the hosts discretion of mixed drinks requiring a liquor license. If anyone is seen making mixed drinks or serving mixed drinks at the venue, you will be warned. After that, you will be asked to leave. There's no exceptions as that can put the wedding and the couple at risk for liability.

Dress Code

SEMI-FORMAL

Male guests are asked to wear business causal or semi formal attire. Things such as:

- A sports coat and slacks

- A nice dress shirt and dress pants with clean shoes

Female guest are asked to wear a business casual or semi attire. Things such as:

- pantsuit

- A nice dress shirt and skirt

- A nice dress shirt and slacks with shoes to match

please do not wear all black or all white to the wedding

No jeans allowed

We want everyone to look nice and put together for pictures together.

Please do not feel pressured to get us anything from our list. It will be super helpful for our new home together but we understand that some cant spend a whole bunch.

Venue room and Board

We purposefully made it to where the venue will have rooms for some guests to stay if they’re traveling out of town and don’t wish to do a hotel.

Upstairs we have:

- 1 Room with 2 queen beds (bathroom across the hall)

On the main floor we have:

- 1 room with 2 queen beds (bathroom in next room)

In the Basement we have:

- 2 Twin beds in man cave room

- 2 Twin beds in middle room

- 2 Queen beds and twin sofa bed in room

( Bathroom is down the hall behind the kitchen)

Things to Do

We will be setting up for the wedding on the 7th of August starting at 4pm. We would like for anyone who wants to help to be there at the venue at that time or as early as they can make it so set up goes up a lot faster. Please contact Patrick or Camille with any questions!

We may need some help with cleanup and with pick up!

Things such as the cake need to be picked up and the food as well. Everything will be paid for, we just need a little extra help getting the cake to the venue, and the food to the venue in one piece!

If you’d like to help with any of these tasks please ask Camille and Patrick. Camille’s sister-in-law Phoenix will be playing a big roll in helping and we’d like all hands on deck to make our special day even more special.

Dinner food may need to be reheated and warmed back up before we have our dinner after photos! If you’d like a task during the wedding and want to help please reach out!

As for clean up, there may be just a little bit. All we ask is that guests be mindful to not leave trash or other items at the venue before everyone leaves and to please put trash where it belongs. The venue is gorgeous and we want to keep it that way. Trash cans will be on site and clean up shouldn't take long on Sunday. Decorations for the venue will be placed in totes.

Q + A

What do we wear?

For men, blazers and dress coats are an exception as well as dress slacks or a business casual suit. Women will be asked to wear either dresses, a nice dress shirt and skirt, or be appointed the dress code that the men are wearing if they’d prefer pants. If more details are needed, please speak with the bride or groom.

What if we don’t make it to rehearsals on time?

Rehearsals will still go as planned and on time even if you are running late. We will have a stand-in in your place and brief you on the details and blocking for you in particular when you arrive. Please contact bride or groom day of to let us know when you’re on the way or if you will be late.

It’s August and it will be hot, what then?

For the ceremony we will have the sun blocked so no one will have direct heat on them. We plan on everything outside to be rather quick to keep everyone comfortable. After the ceremony we will be doing family and friend photos. There’s a bit of a break between photos (about 2 hours) so if you’d like to rest or cool off or change before dinner, please feel free. Just make sure it still follows the dress code.

What if we’re not staying at the venue?

There are plenty of hotels about 20 minutes from the venue, even the one where Camille works. Please call or talk to Camille in advanced about booking a hotel and using her company discount if eligible. She’d be more than happy to help. Just know she is not financially responsible for the room, and once the reservation is paid for, she will have her card removed from file with yours instead. Please also see about booking in advanced. Don’t wait to long because availability could be limited!

Rules for children of guests?

Anyone under the age of 10 is to have parental supervision at all times. Children must not damage the property in any way or their parents will be held liable. Some toys will be brought to the venue for the children by the bride and groom but only temporarily. If your child would like to bring their own toys please feel free to bring them. We just ask that it be nothing loud, mess making, or have a bunch of small pieces that will come apart or get lost. A TV will also be at the venue where the children can watch cable TV. If you’re children under 10 are coming, please let Patrick and Camille know so they can account for them for food and drink. Children must also be dressed appropriately for the wedding.

Is there a children’s dress code?

The children will have a dress code. Anyone under 10 must wear “church” clothes. Something comfortable that they can move around in, but still dressed nice and appropriate for their age. We ask that young ladies have shorts under their dresses and that the boys have dress pants and a nice dress shirt. We ask this because we do plan on having the children in our family and friends photos and would like for everyone to look nice.

What if I’m allergic to the food being served?

Please feel free to contact Patrick or Camille about dietary restrictions. If you’d like you’re welcome to bring your own food items and store them in one of two refrigerators that are on property. If Camille and Patrick are notified soon enough, they will see about making exceptions or having something extra for those with allergies or restrictions. We want everyone to be happy safe and comfortable at our wedding so please ask as soon as possible.

What time can we arrive to the venue?

Guests can arrive as early as 4:00pm on Friday August 7th. Camille and Patrick will be present and setting up the venue for the wedding. If you would like to help with set up, please contact Camille or Patrick about that so they can give a directive on what tasks they need help with.

Why is it BYOB and will you serve mixed drinks later?

Its BYOB due us wanting to make sure people have what they like as well as the wedding venue having restrictions placed by the host. We don't want to risk people getting sick, too drunk, or some one to be over served to the point where there is a medical emergency. We plan on hiring a licensed bartender near the end of dinner and throughout Patrick's party but that is the only time mixed drinks will be served.
