Yes, the ceremony and reception are at the same venue. Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside on the terrace, the cocktail hour inside the foyer on the first floor of the venue, and the reception on the second floor in the ballroom.

We ask that you plan to arrive between 4:30-4:45pm to allow yourself time to get settled, give your keys to the valet parking staff, and ensure a prompt start at 5:00pm. Please be advised that the River Roots festival will be taking place and there will be traffic and road closures. We encourage you to take this into consideration when planning your travel and allow extra time.

There will be valet parking available to all guests beginning at 4:30pm. You will simply pull up in front of the venue (401 Monmouth St Newport, KY 41071) and staff will be available to take your car to an offsite location. At the end of the evening, staff will retrieve your car and bring it back to the venue for your departure.

The dress code is "cocktail attire." Women are suggested to wear dresses of any length. Men are encouraged to wear a suit and tie.

We want our wedding to be a celebration of our love with our close friends and family. If your invitation is not addressed to another individual, we respectfully ask that you do not list another guest on your RSVP.

Although we love your little ones, this is an an adults-only celebration.
