Caroline, Stephen, and the wedding party will be staying at the Hotel Indigo in the historic district of downtown Savannah. They encourage their guests to join them there by booking a reservation through the link below, or by calling the hotel and using the group rate code for our event: TMW. In addition to the discounted rate you will receive by using the code or the link, all rooms will receive a $100.00 credit toward their stay which will be applied to the Saturday night charge (Saturday night must be part of the booking to get the $100.00 credit).

Here is what to expect when you book:

The reservation will default to a Thursday check-in (10/10/19) and a Sunday check-out (10/13/19). You will see a blended nightly rate of $179.00, which is the average of the 3 nights. The Friday/Saturday night rate is $199.00 and the Thursday night rate is $139.00. The $139.00 Thursday night rate is also good for the 3 nights before (Oct 7,8,9) and after (Oct 13,14,15) if you would like to plan a longer stay in Savannah. Once you choose your nights, you will see the effective rate based on the nights chosen, but the $100.00 credit against your Saturday night stay will not be reflected in the reservation. That will be applied at the hotel during your stay. Please book as soon as you can so the hotel can block additional rooms if needed. Rooms can be cancelled up to 48 hours in advance without penalty.

Rooms blocked for wedding guests all have two queen beds. The hotel has some suites with other configurations you can inquire about, but you may or may not get a wedding-related discount with those rooms. None of the hotel rooms or suites have any kitchen facilities.

Parking is expensive at the hotel and in Savannah generally, but the hotel is adjacent to one of the city's visitor parking garages. Visitor passes for $24.00 are available that are good for 2 days in the garage. Please visit this link to learn more about parking in the city of Savannah. The wedding venue is 15-20 minutes from the hotel depending on traffic. More information will be shared later about transportation options to and from the event itself.
