Kevin met Stephen and Caroline at dramatically different times. He met Stephen in college and they became fast friends, and Caroline while working at Walt Disney World when she started her second College Program. Kevin quickly adopted her into his group of friends, an ever-growing "chosen family" that would later be dubbed the Ohana. When Stephen moved to Orlando for work, it was obvious that the two needed to be introduced, and from there, Kevin had faith the rest would fall into place. From that first introduction at Player 1 to watching Stephen propose at Epcot, Kevin has been there at every step to witness what a perfect pair they are.

Everything is always part of Nicole's master plan, and that very much included Caroline and Stephen. She first met them through Kevin - her own husband - though at drastically different times: Stephen their freshman year of college, and Caroline during her last College Program. Caroline actually knew about Nicole before Nicole knew about her - little did Nicole know that Kevin had already adopted Care as his little sister. Kevin and Nicole take some credit for their meeting at Player One, but deep down, they knew that it was the perfect match and they’d hit it off without help. She’s seen them grow together from their first “adult conversation” to planning out the proposal and every step in between and she couldn’t be happier for this day.

From the moment JohnMark and Stephen met, they somehow knew they would be friends for a long time. Bonding over anime, video games, and comics, the friendship had to be one for the ages, and it wasn't long before the two shared nearly everything. Like Luke Skywalker and Han Solo, the two are each other's closest confidants and partners in crime in all things. JohnMark may only have known Caroline for a few years, but he's been fortunate to witness all the love and growth between her and his "brother". He is honored to be a part of both their lives, and wishes them nothing but happiness in their journey together.

Like Watson and Holmes, Shawn and Gus, and so many other great duos, Megz and Caroline have been together since deciding to share the position of goalie on their 5th grade soccer team. Becoming like sisters was never a conscious choice for them, but after all they went through together, how could they not have been? Megz swears that she wouldn't have graduated high school without Caroline, and Caroline knows that without Megz, she would have burned out a long time ago. Meeting Stephen, Megz saw that Caroline had finally met her match, and having been around for all the ones who'd tried before, she's the one who would know. She's been waiting for her best friend to finally find her other half for a long time, and now that they're together, she couldn't be happier to be celebrating their special day with them.

Daniel and Stephen met at the tender age of ten. The two became fast friends and enjoyed competing over the years, whether in Super Smash Bros. and GoldenEye as young kids or NERF wars and Monopoly as roommates in college. As Stephen, Daniel, JohnMark, and Michael grew closer, they considered each other as close as brothers and acted accordingly. They had keys to each other's houses and spent weekends on end playing video games, pranking each other, and shooting air soft guns at each other while they were sleeping - all normal brotherly things, of course. Daniel has been with Stephen through thick and thin and is excited to have Caroline join the "family," so to speak. He wishes them nothing but happiness in their marriage and all future endeavors.

Sister, friend, and #1 fan, Lindsey has been by Stephen's side from literally day one, watching him grow into the man he's become. Through thick and thin, Stephen has always been someone Lindsey's looked up to and admired. His ability to laugh in any situation, willingness to be unabashedly himself, and his mad Smash Bros. skills are beyond comparison, not to mention his uncanny ability to quote movie lines is out of this world. Caroline could not be a more perfect fit for Stephen’s quirky and lovable charm. Their love for each other is undeniable, and to see them each grow as individuals and push and support each other to become their best selves has been such a joy, and Lindsey can’t wait to see what adventures await them!

Jonathan is the brother and button-pusher of the bride. He has enjoyed brief yet frequent visits to Caroline and Stephen, watching their relationship grow between long lines at Disney World and snuggling up to their kittens. Quality time with the happy couple helped Jonathan weather Orlando’s scorching heat before retreating back to school in the frozen northerly wastelands of Washington, DC. While he is eager to witness the love and fulfillment that Stephen will continue to bring to Caroline’s life, he is also incredibly grateful to be able to pass along to Stephen a portion of his button-pushing obligations, which have admittedly been lacking in the years since Caroline moved to Florida.

Her first friend as an adult, Dezirae and Stephen were inseparable. Laughs, tears, late night studying and a massive amount of jokes, they became like family. As time wore on, an entire country worth of distance between them, she finally learned of Caroline. Someone had captured her best friend's heart in ways that she could never imagine. At first she was upset that she didn't get to know Caroline because of the distance, but that didn't stop them from getting to know one another. Dez soon learned why Stephen had fallen madly in love with her: they compliment each other's strengths and weaknesses in the best of ways. She could not be more proud of the man Stephen's become, the woman he's has found to marry, and she couldn't ask for a better aunt and uncle to her children.

Who knew that first friends would mean friends forever? Friends since before they could walk, talk, or read, Ally and Caroline did. Some people figure out who they are as they grow up, whether through trial and error or through being told by others around them. Caroline, however, has always known who she is. As they've grown up, Ally has seen Caroline's heart remain a force of nature, her intelligence commandingly evident, and her passion leading her whole-heartedly in any direction she chooses. While she may not know Stephen well, Ally knows that anyone who loves Caroline is a lucky person indeed. She also knows that he must be an impressive person to even begin to match Caroline in kindness, intelligence, or passion. She can't wait to see what's in store for these two, and is so excited to be there when they say "I do!"

It seems like only yesterday to Michael: anytime him, Stephen and Daniel were hanging out, it was always a good time, and JohnMark joined the group a few short years later. His fondest memories are of all his brothers being together, with some of their deepest philosophical conversations occurring at Michael's house in his art studio. Stephen, JohnMark, and Daniel truly became Michael's chosen family, feeling most at home when he was with the three of them. As one of his oldest friends, Michael couldn't be happier to see Stephen happy, and he sends his warmest wishes to the happy couple.
