Guests can either rent a car or if enough guests show interest, Casey can arrange a group bus to drive up to Estes Park from Denver International Airport or similar. Estes Park has many lodging options from affordable to luxury, and the area has plenty of Airbnbs and VRBOs. The Stanley Hotel is the most notorious for thrill seekers, Estes Park Resort has lovely options overlooking the lake, and there are a huge number of cabin options near Rocky Mountain National Park. - While we originally planned to do a hotel block, hotels in the area did not provide that option. There is extremely limited parking directly at the venue, which will be taken up by the bride and groom's immediate family. If you do have a car, the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park is across the street from the venue, with plenty of parking, and we will have golf carts driving people up the hill. It's about a 0.5 mile walk uphill via switchbacks to the venue, so we don't recommend walking it, even if there is champagne at the top.

We will arrange for buses to pick guests up at in and around downtown Estes Park and take them to the venue. Departure time for the buses will be strict to arrive promptly for the ceremony. Uber and Lyft don't operate in Estes Park, but there are a few private cab companies you can book ahead of time.

***Time Subject to Change*** Buses will be available at two intervals in the evening to take guests back to their lodgings. The Early Bedtime Bus will depart at 8pm. Those wishing to stay for the full reception can take the final bus departing at 10pm.
