1:30 PM: Wedding ceremony in Macreddin Chapel.

2:00PM-5:00PM: Drinks reception/Cocktail hour. Prosecco, canapes, tea, and biscuits will be served. Cash bar will be available. Guests who arrived the same day may also check during this time at 4:00PM.

5:00PM: Call for dinner.

5:30PM-7:00PM: Dinner service, speeches, cake cutting.

7:00PM-1:30AM: Dancing in BrookHall. Snacks served at 10:30PM.

1:30AM-4:00AM: Guests retire to Residents Bar.

Regional Train From Dublin:

From the Dublin Pearse train station toward Wexford. Destination is Rathdrum. At Rathdrum, get off the train and meet your taxi.

Ride Share Apps:

Freenow App is the Irish equivalent to Uber. You can download it, but you must have an irish SIM to access the internet or you must be connected to Wifi to order. The train may have Wifi capability, but Aughrim station likely will not. Please be aware that Aughrim train station is fairly rural, there will not be a circulation of available cars, it is best to prebook a taxi with the numbers provided above.

Uber does work in Ireland, but it is unlikely to work on-demand in Aughrim.

If planning on using ride-share apps for the drive to BrookLodge & Macreddin Village, please be aware the drive is approximately 1 hour. Some drivers may cancel on you when they see the length of the journey, consider using the pre-book feature.

Check in is 4:00PM.

Arriving at BrookLodge & Macreddin Village on wedding day, 23/10/25:

Ceremony is at 1:30PM. Check in is at 4:00PM. The front desk will hold your luggage when you arrive for the wedding. Alternatively, you can keep belongings in your car until check in. During the drinks reception/cocktail hour, check in will open at 4:00PM.

Departing BrookLodge on 24/10/25:

Breakfast is served from 8:00AM-12:00PM.

Check out is 12:00PM.

Please be sure to book as soon as your schedule allows. There are a limited number of rooms available for a promotional price for the night of the wedding 23/10/25. Additional night stays are subject to hotel availability and pricing. Any additional rooms that may be available are offered at best available rate.

Wheelchair Accessibility

Both BrookLodge and BrookHall are fully wheelchair accessible with access and bedrooms available in both buildings. There is also a sloped gravel path leading to Macreddin Chapel and a golf buggy on hand should a guest require help getting around the village during your celebrations.
