1992

When I saw him walk through those doors at school my heart sank. He was beautiful, and I felt as though we had met before. I couldn't take my eyes off him.

If ever there was love at first sight, this was that moment.

But the universe had other plans. Looking back now I can see it wasn't our time yet. I think things worked out pretty well. I mean 21 years is not too shabby. I can sum up our story with this beautiful quote:

2001

The Universe brought us back together. We officially became a couple, dating and madly in love.

December 12, 2002, Carlos proposed.

2002

We eloped on the 15th of February, 2003.

We moved to Portugal!

2005

Our daughter Briana was born.

2007

Our daughter Lara Nicole was born as a miracle baby after a traumatic pregnancy complication.

2009

Our "let's try for a boy" daughter, Stela Rose, arrived.
