Is there a dress code?

Yes. For an elegant and cohesive look, we have opted for a Black tie optional wedding, More details can be found here

Will the ceremony be taking place indoors or outdoors?

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors.

Can we smoke/vape at the venues?

Smoking is only allowed outdoors.

The restaurant boasts a large outdoor garden for all of you who smoke/ vape.

What will the weather be like?

The temperatures in Crawley in October are moderately chilly, with temperatures between 46°F and 57°F, warm clothes and dressing in layers, are a must. You can expect about 3 to 8 days of rain in Crawley during the month of October.

Which airport is closest?

The closest airport is London Gatwick Airport, (LGW)

It is approximately 3 miles to get from London Gatwick Airport (LGW) to Crawley.

Thameslink Trains operates a train from Gatwick Airport to Three Bridges every 15 minutes. Tickets cost £1 - £5 and the journey takes 4 min. Southern Service Trains also services this route every 30 minutes. Alternatively, Metrobus operates a bus from Gatwick South Terminal to Northgate Avenue South 4 times a week. Tickets cost £2 - £3 and the journey takes 9 min.

The most expensive option is a taxi, which will set you back £35!

Will food be served?

Yes, there will be a 3-course menu following the ceremony and a buffet reception in the evening.

How can I let you know about my dietary requirements?

When you RSVP there is a section to add any allergies, intolerances, vegetarian or vegan options.

Are children invited?

Unfortunately, as much as we’d love to invite all of our friends’ children, we can only accommodate a few close family children. We hope that you will understand this decision and that you will still be able to join us on our special day.

Are credit and debit cards accepted at the venue, or do I need cash?

Payments can be made by cash or Visa, Master Card Credit/Debit cards.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Should we bring gifts, or send them ahead of time?

Your presence is the greatest gift, but if you feel you would like to give us a gift, you can bring it on the day.

Are you having an unplugged wedding?

We will be having an unplugged ceremony only. We invite you to be truly present at this special time. We ask that you silence your cell phones and put down your cameras. The photographer will capture how the moment looks — we encourage you all to capture how it feels with your hearts, without the distraction of technology. Although we are having an unplugged ceremony, you are more than welcome to take as many photos afterwards and during the reception.

We also will have a special QR code for you to share all the photos to our virtual album.
