There are two options for inbound airports, Bari or Brindisi. Both airports are roughly equidistant from the wedding venue with about an hours transfer time required.

We have booked the entire venue for our guests so we ask that you stay with us at Villa Cenci for the duration of the wedding - if you want to extend your stay either side there are lots of great villa's, AirB&B's and masseria's in the area. Please arrive at Villa Cenci on 27th August 2025 - we will confirm the check in time. For the evening of arrival we have planned a welcome BBQ - a casual dinner for everyone to get to know each other and explore the venue. The Wedding Day - an Italian breakfast to start the day. The timeline for the rest of the day is TBC. It's likely we won't actually get married until a little later in the day to avoid the heat - watch this space for updates on activities for the morning of the wedding! The Day After - again, we have a breakfast planned and then a pizza party later in the day - this will give us all a chance to enjoy the villa and nurse any sore heads. 30th - Check Out

All you need to travel to Italy is your passport - please make sure it's in date and has enough time left on it to enter the EU now that the new rules are in place.

For the pre-wedding BBQ please wear something smart-casual, summer dresses, smart shorts and a shirt - that sort of thing. For the wedding day we would appreciate if everyone put on their best outfits, men whilst it will be sunny and we don't expect you to wear a full suit we would appreciate trousers rather than shorts. There is no specific colour pallet but please avoid bright colours. The day after the wedding please just bring whatever you will be comfortable in to lounge by the pool and stuff your face with pizza.

Unless explicitly detailed on your Save The Date we regret to say that we cannot accept any plus one's due to the accomodation at the venue - if you would like to bring a plus one that is not named on your Save The Date then please contact us directly

As alot of the 'wedding week' is centred around food please do let us know if you have any special dietary needs. We have a buffet starter and dessert planned for the wedding meal so there should be plenty of options for everyone - we haven't done the menu tasting yet so once there are choices to be made we will let you all know! All we can say now is that it's bound to be delicious - the food we've tried in Italy has been amazing!
