The Philly Phlash, a subsidized hop-on / hop-off bus that connects many of Philly's historic sites and museums, is a great option for getting around.
Philadelphia Museum of Art
A stunning art museum in Philly! Also the site of the Rocky steps.
The Franklin Institute
In the spirit of inquiry and discovery embodied by Benjamin Franklin, the mission of The Franklin Institute is to inspire a passion for learning about science and technology. It's got lots of fun exhibits for kids and adults, too!

Independence Visitor Center
Independence Hall is a historic civic building in Philadelphia, where both the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States were signed. It is also close to the Liberty Bell and the National Constitution Center. You need to get tickets in advance for Independence Hall, but don't worry if you can't get them - you can visit Congress Hall anyways without tickets, which is also worth seeing.
Philadelphia Chinese Lantern Festival
Chetan and Yuvaram love lantern festivals! The Philadelphia one is currently live in Franklin Sqaure.
Tour the University of Pennsylvania and the Penn Museum
Hike the Schuylkill River Trail
Philly Phlash
The Philly PHLASH is a quick and cheap way to get around between many of the above sites. It's basically a subsidized hop-on/hop-off bus, that runs in the summer months. They offer a family ticket for $12 for the whole day for a family of 4. Great option for Friday or Sunday during the day!
