Booking Rooms
We encourage all of our guests to stay on-site at our venue for the weekend. There are enough rooms for everyone. The room booking process can be confusing, so please reference the information below for assistance. All rooms are booked through Eventbrite. Due to possible technical difficulties, it may be easier to download the Eventbrite app to purchase the room.
There are four lodges, and based on preferences, Cheyenne & Nick will place you each in a specific lodge with the people you want to room with. If you don't know anyone to room with, text Cheyenne and/or Nick and we will connect you with other guests who we think might want to share a room with you.
One lodge has two sets of bunk beds, which are queens on the bottom and twins on the top. The other three lodges have two sets of bunk beds (twin-sized) and one queen murphy bed. Based on how many people you want to room with, we will place you in a specific lodge.

If you want to stay all weekend, start by booking a "Weekend Stay for One Room." This covers two guests.
Next, if you want to add one or more guests to the room for the whole weekend, add up to 4 "weekend stay for one guest" tickets.
If you want to add a guest to your room who will stay Saturday night only, add a "one night stay for 1 guest" ticket.
If you want to stay for Saturday night only, select a "One night stay (Sat Only) for One Room" Ticket. This covers two guests in one room for Saturday only.
Next, if you want to add on more guests who are also only staying on Saturday, add a "One Night Stay for One Guest" ticket. You can add up to four of these.
