We strongly suggest guests use the provided transportation to and from the wedding venue for a few reasons: 1. Our venue is situated in the mountains where mobile navigation devices are not always reliable due to lack of internet/cell service. Since our venue is nestled on a ranch property, it may be a bit difficult to locate without directions. 2. Saving on costs! We are so thankful to our guests for spending the time and resources to come be a part of our special day. Let us treat you to an open bar and a ride home(: Let the folks who are used to driving on dark mountain roads take the reigns. 3. It helps ensure everyone is together and on time! We love our friends and family and would hate for anyone to not arrive on time and miss out on the ceremony.

If not using the provided transportation, please copy and paste the link below into your web browser to read a navigation flyer from the venue. Please be sure to arrive and find a seat before 4pm, as once the ceremony starts guests will not be allowed in. Guests are allowed to arrive at the venue starting at 3:30pm. Busses will pick up guests from the Hotel Colorado (Pine St. side) around 2:45pm the day of the wedding. Guests will be dropped off at this same location after the wedding. If staying at the Maxwell Anderson Hotel, guests can walk over the short bridge to/from the Hotel Colorado pickup point.

We understand that some guests may desire to retire earlier than others. There will be an optional early departure time around 8:30pm. Otherwise, busses will leave the venue around 9:45pm at the conclusion of the reception.
