We are so thankful to all our beloved friends and family who are traveling to be with us on the most important day of our lives! We know Glenwood Springs is a bit of a more remote location. To aide in making travel plans, we have provided a great deal of information below. Please review the suggested travel options to see what will work best for you and yours. We are so grateful for your time and willingness to come witness our marriage and celebrate with us!
We recommend staying at either of the two following hotels where we have group discount rates. Both of these hotels are within walking distance of each other and in prime locations to walk to the hot springs, shops, and restaurants, alleviating the need for a rental car throughout the stay. Additionally, the welcome party will be held at the Hotel Colorado. Staying at either of these hotels will allow for proximity to the welcome party as well as the pick up/drop off point for the shuttle to and from the wedding venue.

This is the closest airport to Glenwood Springs. Rent a car from the airport, use Glenwood Springs' Enterprise, or take the RFTA bus from the airport into town.
Driving from the airport in Grand Junction to Glenwood Springs is approximately an hour and fifteen minutes.
Denver is the largest airport with the most cost effective flight options. If choosing to fly into Denver, keep in mind it is about a three and a half hour drive through the mountains to get to Glenwood Springs. It is a gorgeous drive (especially in the Summer), but one to be prepared for with windy roads, steep grades, and potential tourist traffic.
Side note: Cole traveled this route only about 40 times to visit Cheyenne while long distance(:
We have put together a list of many travel options to assist in planning. Our goal with providing transportation to and from the wedding and suggesting hotels within walking distance of everything needed for the weekend was to alleviate guests' need to have a rental car all weekend. There is a great, very clean and safe, bus system that can transport guests all throughout the Roaring Fork Valley (Aspen to Glenwood Springs), if desired.
Additionally, using "Google Flights" is a very helpful search engine for checking which flights/airports/times would be the most economical.

We encourage guests to see what options may be most cost effective, as we would love for everyone to be able to celebrate with us! Thanks to Cole for putting the following document together (easiest to read following link below, but also copied underneath):
