When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP by May 10th.
What is the dress code for the wedding?
Dress up with us! We are excited to see everyone looking their best. For men, suits and slacks would be appropriate. Ties and sportcoats are optional. For women, midi or floor length dresses or jump suits would be most appropriate. Thank you for avoiding bridal colors (white, cream, etc). Please note that our venue is situated in the mountains, and can be windy at times.
What is the welcome party? Is there a dress code?
There is no official dress code for the welcome party. Join us in the Colorado Room at the Hotel Colorado for drinks, snacks, and well wishes. Guests may also mingle about Hotel Colorado's beautiful patio and courtyard. We are so excited to greet our guests!
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to venue limitations, we ask that you please stick to the specific number of spots reserved on your invitation. When you go to RSVP on our website, you will see everyone included on your invitation.
Can I bring my children?
Due to venue limitations, please only bring those who are addressed on your invitation. While we would love to have everyone attend, we are only able to have the children in our wedding party. If you have any questions about your invitation, please reach out to the bride or groom!
Will the ceremony and reception take place indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour to follow will both take place outdoors. Dinner and dancing will take place indoors. Both the ceremony and reception are located at the same venue.
If weather prohibits us from having our ceremony and cocktail hour outdoors, we will move both inside.
When should I arrive?
We strongly suggest all guests opt to take the provided shuttle from Glenwood Springs to and from the venue (more information under " Address, Parking, and Shuttle Information" tab). If not taking the shuttle, we recommend guests arrive starting at 3:30 pm. Our venue is nestled on a mountain ranch where mobile navigation devices are not always reliable. Please allow ample time to find the venue, park, and make your way to a seat. The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Guests who arrive at or after 4pm will not be able to be seated, so as to not disrupt the ceremony. Thank you for preparing in advance!
Will there be a Cash bar or open bar?
We will have an open bar at our wedding serving a variety of beers, wines, and two signature cocktails! Please refrain from bringing any personal alcohol/flasks/etc. to our wedding, as this is strictly prohibited by our venue. We want all of our guests to have an amazing time and enjoy themselves! Please drink responsibly, so that everyone present has a great evening.
