Anna is my younger sister and will rocking pharmacy school at KU come this August! She shares my love for cats—her tabby/tortie, Barley, is basically my feline niece. Watching Anna grow into the thoughtful, funny, and kind woman she is today has been one of the greatest joys of my life. I’m so proud to have her by my side.

Corey and I met in biology lab at KU and quickly bonded over mutual chaos and pre-med coursework. She will be graduating medical school just a few weeks after the wedding! Her sweet border collie, Luna, is basically her in dog form—loyal, loving, and full of energy. No matter the miles between us, Corey has always been there for me, and I couldn’t imagine this day without her.

Emma is my future sister-in-law and an amazing high school teacher at Washburn Rural. She’s my go-to for finding the best restaurants, interior design, and navigating the wonderfully chaotic world of the Schroeder brothers. Her calm, witty presence makes every family gathering better, and I feel so lucky to be joining a family that includes her.

Ben is one of my older brothers (and Joe’s twin), now a lawyer holding it down in Texas. Being one of the oldest, he sparked our love for competitive board games and has always been my go-to Protoss buddy in Starcraft. Whether we’re strategizing on a game board or in a co-op mission, Ben’s sharp mind and tenacity have always made him someone I look up to—and someone I’m lucky to call my brother.

Isaac is one of my older brothers who currently manages parking in multiple cities. Being the closest in age, we definitely went feral on each other growing up, but I’ve never had more fun with anyone. From chaotic backyard games to inside jokes that still hold up, he’s been a constant source of laughter, rivalry, and support. I’m proud to have him standing with me today.

Carter and I have been friends since high school, and he's been a constant in my life ever since. He now lives in NYC and works in market operations, keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes in stock trading. We still discord regularly for some ARAMs on League. His quick thinking and great sense of humor always make him a blast to be around.

Thomas is my soon-to-be brother-in-law and a current pharmacy student who somehow finds time to balance studying with a gym routine that puts the rest of us to shame. We bonded quickly over video games, fitness talk, and our shared love of competition. He’s sharp, driven, and always brings good energy—I’m lucky to have him in my corner.

Joe is one of Nick’s older brothers (and Ben’s twin) and works as a lawyer in D.C. We’re so excited to have him as our officiant—his warmth, thoughtfulness, and way with words make him the perfect person to usher us into this new chapter.
