The ceremony will be held outdoors at 3pm in Suminsby Park on Somes Sound. There will be van transport leaving from the Colony Cottages and taking guest to the ceremony and then to the reception. Please plan to arrive early to ensure ease of parking. In case of rain, an alternate location will be announced to guests on Friday 9/13.

The reception is a short 15 minute drive from the park at the Hulls Cove School House near Bar Harbor. If you are staying at either the Colony Cottages or Gallagher's Travels, we highly recommend you park at your hotel and walk to the reception (5 minutes). Parking at the Hulls Cove School House is somewhat limited. Guest are welcome to park at the church parking lot next door.

Cocktail hour will begin at 4:30 pm with passed hors d'oeuvres and refreshments served on the lawn outside. Dinner will be served at 6pm. It is buffet style with vegetarian entree options available. The terrific, local Soul Bender's will provide the evening's entertainment. Bring your dancing shoes!

Dressy Casual: This can include light summer suits and festive dresses or jumpsuits. Ties are encouraged by not required. No jeans, please. Choose shoes that will hold up in the grass. If the weather is on our side, there will be lawn games. Keep in mind that Maine in mid-September can be a little chilly at night and the School House is unheated.
