We would love for all our guests to dress up, but this is not black tie. Think mostly semi-formal style but may have western influence aka boots and cowboy hats are allowed.
For ladies we recommend semi formal or cocktail style dresses.
For men we recommend a suit and tie but it may be casual enough to go with dress cowboy boots if you choose, no jeans please.
Can I bring additional guests or children?
Our wedding will be intimate with a smaller limit implemented by the venue site, so we cannot extend additional invitations at this time. This event is also adult only, other than close family members in the wedding party.
If your partner is invited they will be included in the number of guests on your rsvp.
When do I need to RSVP by?
Please RSVP as soon as you know you will be coming. However, the final date to RSVP is July 31st, one month before the event, to ensure dinner menu and seating accuracy.
What time should I arrive by?
Guests may start to arrive at 3:45pm, please be at the venue no later than 4:15pm to get to your seat before the ceremony begins.
Late parties will not be permitted to ensure they are not walking down the walkway the same time as the wedding party and bride.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony?
While we would prefer to have your full attention without the additional screens, we understand the desire to take photos. Please just be mindful of those behind you (do not stand or keep camera up constantly), and if you choose to use your phones for photos they must be silenced to avoid distractions.
Will there be an open bar?
Yes! Did you seriously have to ask?
Just remember we will be up at 11,000 ft so 1 drink = 2 at Texas altitude ;)
