6:30pm-8:30pm: Rehearsal dinner will be held at the Cascades restaurant and lounge for wedding party only. Dress is cocktail attire.

8:30pm-10pm: Join us for an informal welcome to Estes at the 217 Wine Bar located inside the Stanley Hotel. Bride, groom, and wedding party will be there to greet you.

9AM: Rehearsal will be held morning of the wedding, all those in the wedding party and walking down the aisle are requested to be present. Please walk straight out to the ceremony space.

2-4pm: Final touches and separate wedding party photos (there will be no first look so groomsmen and groom's family with groom only and same for bride/bridal party/family).

3:45pm-4:15pm: Guests may arrive and make their way to their seats

4:30pm-5pm: Ceremony

5pm-6:30pm: Cocktail hour with appetizers including bacon wrapped dates, snake bites (rattle snake stuffed jalapeños), and cheese board

6:30pm-6:45pm: First dances, held outside at the River Run site

6:45pm-7:45pm: Dinner and toasts. Salad and main course will be served, dessert will be separately displayed on the first floor near the dance floor 7:45pm-10pm: Reception

11pm: After party, likely to be held at one of the wedding party's vacation rentals, TBD

10:30am-12:00pm: One of two breakfast restaurants we recommend for the morning after the celebrations. Bride and groom will be going to The Egg and I located in downtown Estes given their love for diner-style breakfast options.

10:30AM-12:00pm: The other highly recommended brunch option, Brunch and Co. Located in The Lodge next to the Stanley Hotel, serving a more elevated menu and atmosphere.
