The dress code for the day is formal (suits and cocktail dresses).
You can park in the Grotto Lot or St. Liam's Lot on campus, which are both a short walk away from the Basilica.
There is parking in the stadium parking lot.

South Bend gets hot over the summer. The wedding and reception are both indoors (with air conditioning).
We kindly ask that all guests unplug from their phones and cameras during the ceremony.
Chicago O'Hare (ORD) or Chicago Midway (MDW) are each about a 2-hour drive from Notre Dame. Once arriving in Chicago, you can either drive to South Bend or take the "L" into the city and the South Shore train to South Bend.
Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is about a 2.5 hour drive South of Notre Dame.
Grand Rapids Airport (GRR) is about 2-hours North of Notre Dame.
South Bend International (SBN) is 15-minutes from Notre Dame, however, it has limited flights that tend to be expensive.

The Basilica doors will open at 12:30 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 1:00pm. Please arrive before this to ensure your seat before the procession starts.
There will be a bus to transport guests to and from the reception. The bus will begin transporting guests at 4:30pm and will stop at both the Embassy Suites and Fairfield Inn hotels.
The shuttle will also transport guests back to the hotels at the end of the reception.
There will not be transportation to the Basilica for the ceremony so we suggest that you drive and park in the Grotto Lot / St. Liam's Lot or walk.
The last day to book a room in the block at the Embassy Suites is Tuesday, June 18th.
The last day to book a room in the block at the Fairfield Inn is Wednesday, June 19th.
