Travel and Accommodations in Madison, WI

If you’re flying in for the wedding, the best airport to fly into is Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) in Madison. We’ve arranged a room block at The Edgewater Hotel in downtown Madison, which provides free airport pickup and drop-off for hotel guests.

If you’re staying at The Edgewater, there will be a shuttle service to and from the reception at the Wisconsin Memorial Union, running from pre-ceremony to the reception and from 10–11 pm after the reception. However, please note that there will not be a shuttle from the hotel to the ceremony at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, so you’ll need to drive there yourself.

Parking:
Valet parking is available for hotel guests at The Edgewater, and there is ample parking at the church for the ceremony. At the Memorial Union, paid parking is available nearby (Helen C. White Parking Ramp). If you’re not staying at The Edgewater, getting around Madison is easy—Ubers are readily available throughout the city, and most places downtown are just a 10-minute drive from the reception venue.
