RELEASE FROM LIABILITY | LIBERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD

In consideration for the privilege of entering upon the property located at 32002 Hoffman Rd NE, Kingston, for the purpose of attending the wedding of Cristal and Isaac, each wedding guest hereby releases, discharges and covenants not to sue the owners of such property from any claim or cause of action arising out said guest’s presence upon said property, the proximate cause of which was the result of any negligent or reckless act or omission of such property owners. Said wedding guests furthermore agree to indemnify, defend and hold the property owners harmless from any claim or cause of action described in the preceding sentence, including attorney’s fees and costs.

En consideración por el privilegio de ingresar a la propiedad ubicada en 32002 Hoffman Rd NE, Kingston, con el fin de atender a la boda de Cristal e Isaac, cada invitado a la boda por la presente libera, libera y se compromete a no demandar a los propietarios de dicha propiedad por ningún reclamo o causa de acción que surja de la presencia de dicho invitado en dicha propiedad, cuya causa próxima fue el resultado de cualquier acto u omisión negligente o imprudente de dichos propietarios. Dichos invitados a la boda además se comprometen a indemnizar, defender y eximir de responsabilidad a los propietarios de cualquier reclamación o causa de acción descrita en la frase anterior, incluidos los honorarios y costas de abogados.
