Aside from the wedding on Friday the 6th, we have a very light list of wedding related events. We want you to be able to relax by the pool, socialize, do excursions, or participate in resort activities at your leisure and make this trip what you'd like it to be!

However, when you arrive, we'd love for you to locate us to say hi and receive your Welcome Bags which will include an itinerary with wedding day information.

Here are other notable events to keep in mind:

-Tuesday the 3rd, if you have arrived at the resort, there is a Welcome Cocktail Hour from 6-7 at the Serenity Bar & Terrace

-Wednesday the 4th, the bride will be having a bachelorette event thrown by her sister in the afternoon and into the evening. So, I apologize to the men whose ladies will be taken for the evening.

The groom will be golfing in the afternoon with a few of his friends.

-Thursday the 5th we will be having an immediate family only rehearsal dinner and then we will be joining the general fun around the resort!

-Friday the 6th is wedding day! Please pay close attention to the itinerary in your welcome bag for shuttle pickup time. There will be three shuttles all leaving around the same time to take everyone over to the Beach Club. Then we get married and party!

-Saturday the 7th we will likely be recovering by the pool, so feel free to join us.

-Sunday the 6th is Superbowl Sunday. The resort will likely be having a large party that you will have to pay separately to attend. I do believe you can still watch the game at other bars on resort for no extra cost. If you are interested in watching the Superbowl, please inquire with the concierge about this.

We strongly recommend downloading What's App and the Hyatt Inclusive Collection App.

What's App is commonly used in other countries and will allow you to communicate with everyone much easier. Text messages and phone calls do not go through well in Mexico and we would like to be able to update you with our hangout locations at the resort.

The Hyatt Inclusive App will allow you to make dinner reservations, order room service, see the activities schedule to join in resort sponsored activities, and overall take full advantage of your time at the resort.

Unfortunately, the resort does not have a full service spa.

They do, however, have an area where you can get massages, manicures, and pedicures.

If you booked through our wedding block, then the travel agency should be sending you your travel documents sometime in the next week and will provide pickup instructions for airport transportation.
