Verona has an international airport (Verona Villafranca, VRN). You can also fly into Milan or Venice. The trains between Milan > Verona and Venice > Verona take about 1h30m.

Villa Pellegrini is a 30 minute drive from the city centre, and is located in a town called Grezzana, in the hills above Verona. If you are renting a car, there is plenty of parking on-site.
