Damien Snyder and Mecole "Meme" Hayes first met on U-Street, a hub for culture and nightlife located in the heart of the Washington, D.C.

Meme caught Damien's eye while standing alone at the bar after a failed girl's night out. Just as she was preparing to leave and go crawl into bed, Damien made his way next to her and asked, "so you're just going to walk past me without telling me your name?", and the rest was history.

5 years worth of memories later and we’ve traveled to several beautiful countries, built our dream home and introduced 1 furry pup to our family. A few months ago Damien finally popped the question during an anniversary trip to Belize, and Meme said yes!

After 5 years together we can't wait for this exciting new chapter to begin, and we're thrilled to celebrate with all of you on Sunday, June 4, 2023!
