All guests arriving by air should fly into St. Louis Lambert International Airport. Guests should plan to arrange rental car or ride share transportation to and from the airport.

Upon arrival, proceed to the Alamo bus pick up area located outside of baggage claim in either terminal.

Board the Alamo buses to proceed to the counter and obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

AIRLINE PASSENGERS

EAST TERMINAL (SOUTHWEST AIRLINES)

Proceed to the baggage claim area on the lower level. Locate the telephone board and call Avis for the courtesy bus. Proceed outside to wait for the courtesy bus.

ALL OTHER TERMINALS

Proceed to the Avis counter in the baggage claim area. Courtesy bus service is available between the airport terminal (outside the baggage claim area) and the Avis car rental lot.

DISTANCE from terminal to car lot: 1 to 1.5 miles

WALK-UP RENTERS

From Hwy 70 East or West, use Airport Exit #236. Turn left on Natural Bridge Road to the Avis facility.

Upon arrival, proceed to the Enterprise bus pick up area located outside of baggage claim in either terminal. Board the Enterprise bus to proceed to the counter and obtain your rental agreement and vehicle keys.

There are self-service kiosks at this location that can make your rental transaction quick and easy!

If flying Southwest please proceed out door 14 to the Hertz shuttle area. For all other airlines, please use door 17 and proceed to the Hertz bus stop to be picked up.

Approximately 6 miles from the Amtrak station.

There is a Metro link near the Amtrak station that provides transportation to the airport for a One-Ride Ticket of $2.25
