taking in the spectacular ocean view atlantic ocean, one can’t help but feel that this is what vacation should be. the property features twenty-four rooms in four buildings: the 1661 inn, mitchell cottage, guest house and nicholas ball cottage. most of the rooms on property are our premium rooms and feature combinations of ocean views, spa tubs and fireplaces. we also have a few simple rooms available on property.
