New England Airlines flies small planes from Westerly, RI to Block Island, RI hourly. The flight is less than 15 minutes and absolutely beautiful but we do not recommend it if you have a fear of small planes! Also, while this is the fastest option, it is the most unpredictable due to weather. Parking is free at The Westerly Airport and you will need to pre-arrange a taxi from the airport to your accommodations on Block Island (the airport is not in town). New England Airlines is also available to book for private charters from the location of your choice.

High speed ferries run from Point Judith, RI to downtown Block Island, RI. There is paid parking nearby.

If you'd like to bring a car, the traditional ferry from Point Judith, RI MUST be booked in advance. We recommend calling to make your car reservations on January 15th, 2024 as they book quickly for peak season.

**Note: If you choose not to bring a car, there are taxis on Block Island however, there is no Uber/Lyft.
